Terms and Conditions
The prize, is a 512MB iPod Shuffle. We draw the current stated prize every 6 months. The closing date for this draw is 31st March 2007. The prize draw is not open to anyone directly connected with the Tonight Network. The draw is open to Irish residents over the age of 18 with a permanent Irish address. All users who submit a user review (which is valid and published) will have one entry entered into the prize draw. Every review a user submits will give them an extra entry up to a limit of 20. The draw will take place on the 31st March 2007 and the winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by email or post within 14 days of the close of the draw, and will be supplied with details of how to claim the prize. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner may be asked to participate in post event publicity. The prize is not transferable. There is no cash alternative or other prize available. The name of the winner will be made available by contacting us after 14th April 2007. The prize includes delivery to your Ireland address.
